1. Overview
WintegoSPY Personal AI Recorder is an intelligent desktop audio recording application that captures your conversations, meetings, and sessions — then turns them into actionable insights automatically.
Powered by Electron and Claude AI (Anthropic), the app records your microphone in real time, transcribes speech to text live on-screen, and when you stop recording, generates a comprehensive AI-powered session analysis: daily summary, key topics, action items, and a productivity score out of 10.

3. Installation
📥 Step-by-Step Installation
- Double-click
WintegospyPersonalAIRecorder_Setup.exe→ If SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway - Accept the license agreement
- Default install:
C:\Program Files\Wintegospy\PersonalAIRecorder(~220 MB) - Click Finish to launch the app immediately
🎤 First Launch & Microphone Setup
On first launch, the app requests microphone permission via a browser prompt. Click Allow when prompted. Recording starts automatically once permission is granted.
If you accidentally deny access, a Start Recording button appears — click it to request permission again.

5. Live Transcription
The Live Transcript panel shows speech-to-text output in real time using the Chromium Speech Recognition API:
- Final text appears in solid black
- Interim text appears in grey italic while speaking
- Auto-scrolling transcript box
- Speech recognition auto-restarts if it stops
If no speech is captured, the transcript shows "(No speech captured)" — the audio file is still saved.
6. AI Analysis (Claude AI)
When AI analysis is enabled and you click Stop & Save, the transcript is sent to Anthropic Claude API, generating a structured productivity report with 5 sections:

7. Email Settings & Auto-Delivery
Configure automatic session delivery to your inbox after every recording:
- Enter your email address → Click Save (green ✓ Saved badge)
- Toggle Auto-email after every session ON
- Toggle Run AI analysis before sending ON (optional)
What is delivered: Email with subject, body (metadata + transcript + AI analysis), audio attachment (.webm), and text report (.txt). Email is sent via Anthropic's Gmail MCP integration.
8. Saved Sessions & Output Files
The Saved Sessions panel lists up to 30 most recent recordings. Each session shows name, duration, word count, and file badges (🎙 Audio, 📄 Text, ✓ AI, ✉ Emailed). Actions: View transcript, re-download TXT, Delete.

10. Troubleshooting
