KeyTracker silently runs in the background, tracking keystrokes, applications, idle moments — and delivers a clear AI‑powered report to your inbox or Telegram. No guesswork. Just data.

2. What Is WintegoSPY KeyTracker?

KeyTracker is a Windows productivity monitoring application by WintegoSPY SOFTWARE LLC. It runs quietly in the system tray, collecting detailed computer usage data and turning it into actionable insights.

📥 Step-by-Step Installation

Run WintegospyKeyTracker_Setup.exe as administrator
Follow welcome & license agreement
Default folder: C:\Program Files\Wintegospy\WintegoKeyTracker
Click Finish — launches KeyTracker automatically

After install: Desktop shortcut, Start Menu folder, data folder Documents\WintegoKeyTracker\ created.

First Launch Consent: A clear consent dialog appears listing all monitored data (keystrokes, apps, idle periods, screenshots). You must acknowledge to proceed. Only install on devices you own or have explicit authorization.

5. Using the Dashboard (4 Tabs)

Tab 1 — Dashboard (Live Stats): Shows keystrokes today, active/idle time, productivity score + top 10 applications. Refreshes every 15 seconds.

Tab 2 — Reports: View full daily report history, AI analysis, burnout signals, and top app usage.

Tab 3 — Keystrokes: Searchable log with timestamps, characters, applications, window titles. Export to CSV.

Tab 4 — Settings: Configure admin email, report time, screenshot interval, Anthropic API Key, SMTP, Telegram bot token, password protection, and "Run on Startup".

Tip: Use the system tray icon to reopen the dashboard — closing it does not stop tracking.

6. AI-Powered Analysis (Optional)

Integrate with Claude AI (Anthropic) to get personalized insights: productivity summary, focus analysis, burnout detection, app usage insights, and recommendations. Only statistical summaries (keystroke count, active/idle hours, top app names) are sent — no raw keystrokes, window titles, or screenshots. Without an API key, KeyTracker uses an offline formula for scoring.

7. Telegram Remote Control

Connect a Telegram bot to receive reports and control KeyTracker remotely. Setup: create bot via @BotFather, copy token into Settings → Telegram Bot Token, send any message to your bot — Chat ID auto-captured.

8. Daily Reports & Who Uses KeyTracker

KeyTracker auto‑generates a daily report at your chosen time (default 6:00 PM). Reports are saved as text files in Documents\WintegoKeyTracker\reports\, stored in the database, emailed with the last 3 screenshots, and optionally sent to Telegram.

9. Data Storage & Uninstall

How to Uninstall: Open Windows "Add or Remove Programs" → find WintegoSPY KeyTracker → Uninstall. Application files are removed, but your data in Documents is preserved.

Your privacy is respected: everything remains on your device. No data is sent to WintegoSPY servers.
