5. How to Install WintegoSPY WintegoCCTV

📥 Step-by-Step Installation

Locate WintegospyWintegoCCTV_Setup.exe and run as administrator
Follow welcome & license agreement
Default install: C:\Program Files\Wintegospy\WintegoCCTV
Click Finish to launch immediately

After installation: Desktop shortcut, Start Menu folder, data folder at Documents\WintegoCCTV\ (recordings, snapshots, reports).

First Launch & Setup Wizard: The wizard walks you through admin password setup, camera selection, Telegram configuration (optional), and email alerts (optional). You can skip and configure later in Settings.

6. Using the WintegoCCTV Dashboard

Professional dark-themed interface with 6 tabs — accessible via desktop shortcut or system tray icon.

Browse and preview all recorded video footage. Files organized by date/time with duration, size, and trigger type (scheduled or motion).

View all automatically captured snapshots (regular intervals + motion/face events) as thumbnails with timestamps.

🔔 Alerts Tab

Full history of all Telegram & email alerts — event type, time, and delivery status.

Security: The Telegram bot only responds to your configured Chat ID. All other users are automatically ignored and blocked.

Setup: Create a bot via @BotFather → copy token into Settings → get your Chat ID via @userinfobot → paste into Settings.

How to Uninstall: Add or Remove Programs → find WintegoSPY WintegoCCTV → Uninstall. Application files removed, but your data in Documents\WintegoCCTV\ is preserved.

Fully local & private: No data is uploaded to WintegoSPY servers. All recordings and logs remain on your device.
